Frequently (and occasionally weird) asked questions

Some of this is genuinely useful. Some of it is just questions people have actually asked us.

Working with us

The practical stuff

We live and work here — Lago Vista, Austin, and everything in between. We knew the difference between a flex building and a warehouse before it was cool to care.
A warehouse is mostly storage and distribution — tall ceilings, dock doors, minimal office buildout. Flex space blends a smaller warehouse or shop area with finished office space, so a business can run both under one roof. We can walk you through which one fits your operation.
"Triple net" means the tenant pays a share of property taxes, insurance, and common-area maintenance on top of base rent. It's standard for commercial and flex space — we'll walk through the actual numbers before you sign anything.
Depends on how fast you're growing, how much capital you want tied up in real estate, and how long you plan to stay put. We'll run the comparison with your actual numbers rather than a generic rule of thumb.
We aim for one business day, and most people hear back sooner. If you've ever texted a realtor into the void, you'll notice the difference.
Nope. Plenty of our clients are doing two things at once — selling a house while eyeing land, or leasing an apartment while they shop for their first home. Same office, either way.
Occasionally weird questions

The other stuff people actually ask

Yes. We've seen weirder deed names. "The Sit-Stay Ranch" is currently our favorite, and it's not close.
Boring like a savings account is boring. It's also one of the fastest-moving parts of the Central Texas market right now, which makes it very not-boring for your bottom line.
Not even a little. That's exactly what All Texas Apartments is built for.
Statistically, it feels that way. We can't guarantee it in writing, but we wouldn't bet against it.

Still have a question?

We'd genuinely rather answer it than have you guess.
